There are two items of assessment for the module:
a) Essay 1 – see p.14 below for full details
A 2,500 word individually written essay which includes a 500 word personal reflection on working in a cross-cultural group. The reflective piece will be based upon your group work and fifteen minute group presentation (followed by 5 minute question time) and learning journal (see below for details). The presentation will be formatively assessed by the tutor and student peers.

3. An assessment of the wider implications of the article for individuals involved in cross-cultural management
