Blue Highways:A journey into America.

What type of people does William Heat-Moon meet in America, and what does he say or imply about them?
In this paper, you will be arguing for your own interpretation of William Least Heat-Moon’s book, “Blue Highways:A Journey into America. Your main focus should be an analysis of Heat-Moon’s purpose and the method he uses to reveal it. Your primary source (Blue Highways:A Journey into America) will provide most of the evidence for your argument. However you will need to atleast provide at least 4 secondary sources that support your line of thought. These sources can be material that directly relates to Heat-Moon’s book (e.g, critical readings or book reviews) or they can indirectly support your claims (e.g., biographical material, interviews, or matter that generally discusses travel writing). The point is to make your claim about Heat-Moon’s theme or purpose; this may include the author’s repetiton of images, scenes or types of people, like places or repeated thoughts, his likes or dislikes, problems or answers, or his philosophical musings. Your aim is to prove that your perspective on Heat-Moon’s theme is valid and that it can be supported by the book, itself, and with the help of secondary sources. There should be two introductory paragraphs. The first paragraph should be the general introduction to Heat Moon and his quest. The second should be the thesis on the topic.
