Using Internet employment sites, identify a job advertisement for a management/supervisory position in the culinary/hospitality field that Holstein interest for you, either now or possibly in future. Attach the job ad to your written submission.
2- In relation to job ad, discuss:
A- your existing knowledge, skills, abilities and experience, highlighting strengths that you could bring to the position.
B-Identify any gaps in your background that need to be developed.
C-Discuss what you need to do over a period of time to prepare yourself for the management/supervisory position that you would have identified
3- Discuss the above issues in about 2or 3pages / 550-600 wards (give or take), single- spaced.
