They have ensured vigorous interviews for the incoming employees to further the amount of professionalism in the course of their work to the clients. This has made the company to have a stream of workers who have the conscience of clients from the drivers to the entire staff. Apart from the good relationship with the clients, they also offer decision making to proper marketing strategy for the clients (Fulton-Calkins et al 27). Clients always prefer professionalism because with every department, especially the delivery department having professionals makes them to be satisfied with the company. This therefore makes the firm to even penetrate to the untapped areas because of the good relationship with the clients.
• Timelines (S) standing above the competitors (O)
The company after carrying out awareness to the entire business administration, on the significance of keeping time, has made them to be on the front. Employees ensure that their services to the client are timely, to remove any doubt of failure related to time. The employees therefore ensure that the services to the client are prepared prior before the client’s arrival such that the client get everything ready. The clients always value the time in terms of money hence a non-delayed delivery attracts them to the company. Working within the timeline also sees that the client does not experience the direct loss of income if the services are delayed. Time management is also an important strategy in achieving goals of the business since the inefficiency related to time wastage have been minimized. Working within the timeline has therefore aided the company in snatching these opportunities of standing above his competitors.
• Environmental friendliness (S) sustaining their clients(O)
The company has put forward strategy to ensure that the environment they are operating favors the employees and their clients. It has kept in mind the well being of the employee by offering them various incentives and also caring for their health. The company offer health insurance schemes, which relieve the employees of the burden related to the health bills. Through the incentive strategy, the company offers the employees an increase in their salaries and promotion strategy. The promotion strategy ensures that the hardworking employees receive promotion to the higher posts. This has therefore boosted the employee’s morale and their attachment to the company. Incentives to clients have also seen the company in retaining more of its clients. It provides incentives to the clients by reducing cost of sale attached to a particular product. The company ensures that they have put forward the relevant strategies in reducing the cost of production, in order to reduce the cost of sales. Environmental friendliness has therefore helped the company in exploiting the opportunity of retaining its customers and their employees to a higher extent.
• Integration (S) overcoming competition (O)
The company, putting in mind that togetherness is for success, has put in state significant strategy of ensuring integration in the company. The reputation of the business to the clients depends on the amount of integration in the business, such that the clients relate an integrated institution to good reputation. Good reputation attracts and retains more clients to the business. Teaching work ethics to every department and ensuring that they follow it to the latter, have contributed greatly in achieving integration in the business. Work ethics makes the employers to have a warm working relationship hence the increase in production expected. Integration therefore aids the business in snatching good reputation as an opportunity.
• Area coverage (s) globalization (O)
Area coverage is an important factor when it comes to the success of College Hunks Hauling Junk. Area coverage has a direct relation to the amount of output by a company, such that larger area coverage brings more output if related to a smaller coverage. The company have therefore ensured that they have established more of their branches within the country; consequently making them to serve more clients (Batman 5). The company has also increased the quality of advertising and promotion, through ensuring that these forms cover more area. For instance, they are using the media on larger scale advertising hence reaching more of their clients when it comes to making them aware of their activities. These strategies have therefore helped the business in achieving more customers hence assurance of more output because of seizing the opportunity of larger networking system.
• Uniformity (s) upholding good reputation (O)
Uniformity helps the company in achieving a higher comparability in their outputs hence protecting it from the effects of variation. The company ensures that the service they deliver to the customer have a wide range of similarity; consequently leading to higher degree of similarities between the alternatives they offer to their clients. Uniformity ensures that the client does not confuse the company’s product with other competitor’s products (Batman 5). Uniformity therefore helps the company in exploiting the opportunity of retaining their clients in the highly competitive industry.
• Resource capabilities (S) quality services(O)
The company ensures that their resources are effective in achieving their aim to the client. The client to a company expects the company’s service to relate directly to their needs hence the company have seized this opportunity by employing resources which suites the clients. The company has hired the employees who have the required skills and knowledge in the subject field.
