Introduction
Team work is as co-operative efforts undertaken by a given group of people in order to attain a given objectives (Sorbero, 2008). In the today’s corporate world many organizations re drifting towards use of team work in their daily operations. This involved use of teams such as the multi-function integrated teams, self directing teams and the problem solving teams.
Assessing the current situation
The first step involved in this process is conducting research so as to analyze the current situation. The management should first needs to commence the planning process by analyzing the current situation concerning the level of customer service delivery in the healthcare organization. This procedure involves carrying out a number of activities such as interviews, surveys and questionnaires at both individual and team level. This will provide information concerning the level of employees’ commandment to their tasks. However it is important for the analysis to be done to various teams and individual affecting the customer service call center in one way or another. The manager should also define the level of customer service they want to achieve regardless of the increased number of calls in the call center. Evaluation of the current culture in the call center will be needed. This will help to ensure that customer service agents are ready to embrace the change.
The manager will be required to use a certain amount of the money to gather resources that are important in the assessment process .Costs to be incurred at this level include salaries and allowances to higher expertise to conduct the research process and any other materials that will be necessary during this process.

The manager needs to communicate their mission to employees in the customer service center at both individual and group level. This helps the organization develop a clear and concise direction concerning its target for soling the problem in the health care organization (Goyal, 2005). It is important for employees to understand their purpose and aims of the organization in terms of their direction. The manager should make sure that all teams in the departments have learnt the customer service processes.
Establishing a Strategy
The third step involves laying down several options for improving customer service. The manager goes through the details and options available. This involves determining and limitation of declining to recruit more employees. Consequently, the manager conducts a typical assessment that various optional strategies that would help in diagnosing the problem. The manager needs to decide about the training opportunities that will be given to various teams within the organization. He or she should lay forward a timeline under which he intendeds to achieve different levels of team in the customer service deportments in the healthcare organization.
Strategic planning
The fourth step involves strategic planning where mangers suggest about the best way executing the change process All information accumulated in the previous steps is gathered and converted it into a somewhat traditional business plan. This creates further refinement of the strategic planning. This step also helps in generating goals such as orgaization makeover, new joint ventures and a new division
Tactical executions and implementation
This step helps in the move forward of the strategic plan that have been implemented in the previous phases. The managers together with the organized team members tactically implement the plan. The fifth step involves a series of is repetitive process that should involve both internal and external stakeholders in the organization. This process should also include application of various mechanisms of evaluation for measuring feed back loops, target metrics and alternative strategies after which the plan is implementing.
Every call center employee should be involved in this level which involves various actions such as training employees concerning effective communication techniques. This is capable of enhancing employee’s levels of interaction and collaboration. The resultant effect is that the company will be able to attain all benefits associated with teams in the organization and there will be improved health care delivery services and consumer satisfaction.

Team work in health care can be defined as a collaborative process where all healthcare givers and consumers engage in collective process of treatment and prevention of diseases (Lippinott,2012) Healthcare teams that provide health have the ability to improve quality of healthcare consumer and satisfaction.
