The file is the guidelines of the paper, this is a presentation. But the professor says make it to a 3 pages paper. And in the slides need a detailed explanation of its meaning. By the way I am a Chinese so in this paper the own language means Chinese. So a Chinese writer is much better. Do not say any language outside china, because the professor will know it.
