Critically discuss “Scientific Management is only useful as a framework to understand how people and organisations can be managed in the manufacturing sector.”

This is a management essay for 1st year university student. I will upload the instruction later, but keep in mind that this essay required introduction(10%mark), body(60%), conclusion(10%) and around 7 APA style references(10%). In addition, students must demonstrate evidence of critical analysis to achieve a higher mark, students who merely provide a descriptive analysis would be marked down.
