- Job satisfaction in the multinational companies can be acquired through a number of ways. This is since it leads to productivity of the employees. One of the ways is by offering employees good working conditions and opportunities for advancement. The conditions can be acquired through giving them clean and comfortable working environment for delivery of their work (Jarinto, 2011). This is vital to satisfaction as it accords the staff a state of mind that would motivate them to productivity. Additionally, employees acquiring opportunities for advancement offers them a chance to grow up the job ladder. This creates motivation for development.
On the other hand, job dissatisfaction leads to low morale in employees and hence low productivity in MNCs. This can be managed through constant communication with the employees. This offers them a good platform to feel wanted and part of the organization (Jarinto, 2011). Additionally, job dissatisfaction in MNCs may arise due to tight working schedules that give them little time to blend with their families. Giving few days off or reduced working periods would be useful to reduce job dissatisfaction.
- The Bitcoin as a currency unit in transacting business online has been used extensively by organizations. It is based on a graph of x, y and z axes showing different meanings. The x-axis is used as the price and the y axis as the cumulative buy and sell orders (Hilse, 2013). They are represented by varied colors that intersect in the middle which is basically the current market price. On the other hand, there is the z-axis that displays the change with time.
A better alternative to Bitcoin would be one that benefits from the flow of Bitcoin. Transactions would be made legitimate at a quicker rate. The process of coin generation ought to be made more practical as opposed to Bitcoin’s mining. This will offer a better market relevancy.
