The multi-listing system is very complex, therefore, to make the project feasible they were various assumptions made during the project.
- The number of listing has been restricted to less than 10 listings
- One has to register to operate the system
- They are different types of users in the system that enjoy various privileges: seller, agents, admins and others
- A listing can be given different status such as hold, waiting and listed
