Dear Hult Students,
The purpose of this final examination is to test how much you have learned from this course. I want to see whether or not you could (1) identify and analyze the pressing real (or potential) issue(s) of this case company and provide your insights to solving those issues (how many issues and what they are is up to your strategic judgments); AND/OR (2) analyze the strategy of the firm in the case material, explaining why this particular firm succeeds (or fails) and possible risks, if any, inherent in its current strategy and your recommendations for it. It is exactly the same process you did in your group presentation but now you need to do it all by yourself; you CANNOT discuss your case with your colleagues and other people. You are encouraged to draw on the cases we have discussed in previous sessions to highlight your arguments and analysis. Though you could consult with external sources, including Internet, you will be absolutely graded by your insights, NOT the information you either find in the case or on the web. And be sure to comply with the following instructions.
1. Find the case you are assigned to analyze in the roster excel file; Wrong case will NOT be graded.
2. Insert the following in the header of your document: CASE_LAST NAME_FIRST NAME (12 font size).Your text of analysis should not exceed TWO pages (Times Roman 12 font size; 1.5 spaced; place page numbers in the lower-right corner; and leave top and side margins of at least one inch). Tables, figures and etc. should not exceed another 2 pages. In total, no more than 4 pages. Your text of analysis after page 2 and figures after page 4 will NOT be read and graded.
3. Document that contains ANY signs of plagiarism will NOT be graded.
4. Save your document in WORD only. File name: CASE_LAST NAME_FIRST NAME.
