An important part of this class is listening, and this would be a written review of a performance (serious (known by most as classical), jazz, opera, or musical) that is seen live, rented, or watched on tv/computer. (This can not be rock, hip-hop, rap, country, pop, etc., and reports on those will not be given credit.)The review would need to focus on the music using terminology from the class. The amount of credit possible would be based on the length of the performance along with the length and quality of the written review. Please make sure to give the name of the pieces, who is performing, length of performance, and where/how you watched it (provide youtube link if viewed there, etc.).
