Philosophy critical writing term paper

Please write a very in depth critical analysis of the notion of human rights as entangled with the question of the proper constitution of political order. Explore this entanglement in Kant, Rawls and Benhabib. Be sure to address multiple levels of analysis, e.g., the level of the individual, the State or people, the inter-State system, and a cosmopolitan perspective. Please write from the reading of

Kant’s “Idea for a Universal History with a Cosmopolitan Purpose” https://www.marxists.org/reference/subject/ethics/kant/universal-history.htm,

Kant’s “Perpetual Peace” https://www.mtholyoke.edu/acad/intrel/kant/kant1.htm,

John Rawl’s “The Law of Peoples” in the book, The politics of Human Rights, and from

Seyla Benhabib’s entire book, The Rights of Others.

Essay should have a structure which organizes ideas, subordinating textual evidence to the argument which will be made, an argument which will give coherence to the whole. Every paragraph must be seen to be necessary given the direction and force of the argument. The same will be true of every sentence and every word. Write as persuasively as possible, as if the reader does not already agree, but might be persuaded by what is said. I do need footnotes, and important quotes properly placed throughout the paper from the sources/books names I provided. I also do not need a cover page. Thank you very much.
