All sources must be dated after 2009(*)
(*) The textbook does not count as a source).
Nowadays, there is no shortage of sources on practically any topic. However, extreme care must be exercised as many unreferenced, undated, and even unnamed sources, freely available in the Web, are of questionable quality, often almost junk. You must use academic, refereed, and credible sources such as found in Library databases. If in doubt, contact me.
Use in-text citations and make sure all sources used are included in the list of references
After the paper has been completed you must write a one-page executive summary and attach it after the cover page in the beginning of the paper.
(The executive summary is NOT just a random selection of sentences from the paper)
Good luck
