1) Read Chapter One
2) Review Exhibit 1.2 and 1.3. (see also http://geert-hofstede.com/bhutan.html)
3) Choose two contrasting countries(please use Germany and Colombia) of the 40 countries Hofstede included in his study (you will find his research by doing a Google search) and make a comparison based on:
a) Power Distance
b) Uncertainty Avoidance
c) Individualism
d) Masculinity
