Organisational Culture and Communication

I am working in an European Union Mission and I would like to talk about the communication between the European Union Missions worldwide with the Commission(Headquarters office in Brussels) and also between the Mission members themselves who are coming from different countries and having different communication skills and ways with also different languages and ascents in a way that sometimes it is hard for them to understand themselves

The Professor is asking to read and elaborate on minimum five articles and to cite them please.

The mission is having internally different ways of communications, in which I want also to mention on my literature review please;
• Emails internally between Mission Members and from the Mission to the Commission(HQ Office),
• Intranet listing all the tasks for each section for them to know what are their everyday priorities for working issues ,
• regular meetings between the Senior managements staff, and on the other hand between the sections themselves also to have the message from the senior management
• Correspondences between the Mission and the Headquarters office in Brussels and also External communication between the Mission and its counterparts and vice versa
• The Mission is having a website in which is updated regularly with all the news and job advertisements as well
• Mission members also are receiving on a daily basis emails from the Head section with all the updates around the mission that can affect it
