 Gender relations

 Leading change

 Crisis management/adversity

 Sustainability

Consideration will need to be given to the following:

 Structure and quality of the report

 Rationale for the selection of the issues

 Demonstration of an understanding of contemporary leadership theories

 Evidence of research based analysis
