The right to free speech does not permit students at the Universities of Arizona to stand up in class, interrupt a lesson and speak about facts that are not sensible. One may be at the right place, but they should consider the time as it could not be the best and they should be reasonable to the rights of their colleagues and teachers. The United States Supreme Court has held strict rules on all the forms of speech that are designed to cause harm to other individuals. Through the petitions of the First Amendment, it is evident that the rights to read and hear of ideas and opinions of other individuals are guaranteed. This is referred as the freedom to press, and it is applied to books, magazines and the mass media. They are expected to give real information that does not violate the rights of any individuals. The United States flag does not purport to cater for all the situations. No federal agency has authority to issue the official rulings that binding civilians and the non-civilian groups.
The significance of the United States Constitution, Bill Of Rights and the flag in institutions is vital as it illustrates patriotism of the American individuals. This can be used in the minimization of conflicts through the influence of attitudes and behaviors that aid in the regulation of positive workplace interactions. This illustrates that there are ways of communications through which information can be transmitted. Ineffective communication occurs when there are evident obstructions, which distort the process of communication procedure.
