Hazardous Work Environments

Hazardous Work Environments
Time Schedule/Time Line
The execution of the research will involve extensive work of approximately four weeks. The time line or schedule for research on the hazardous work environment will be divided in the four critical stages to meet the needs and requirements of the four weeks of operation. The onset of the stages of the research will follow the organization and availability of the vital resources for the completion of the research. The stages will include research stage, writing stage, revision stage, and proofreading stage.
Week 1: Research Stage
The first week for the execution of the research will focus on the identification of the research articles from databases and bibliographies guides in relation to the previous topics or research on the same question. This will also involve the organization of the interviews, surveys, or observations while outlining the functions. The main objective of the first week should be the execution of the research interviews, outlining the functions, and identifying the crucial literature for the study.
Week 2: Writing Stage
This stage will focus on highlighting and documenting the outcome of the first week. The objectives of the second week will focus on the development of the background information, illustration of the problem statements, and identification or incorporation of the arguments into writing concept. This entails the development of the research draft with the aim of developing improved draft in the following stage.
Week 3: Revision Stage
This stage will focus on improving the validity of the research draft soliciting of the readers counter arguments thus making vital revisions on the previous copy. It will also be vital to incorporate introduction and conclusion to the research paper.
Week 4: Proofreading Stage
This will entail the motive of eliminating grammatical errors, punctuation errors, and spelling and typographical mistakes. It is also vital to adjust the margins and integrate page numbers during this stage. The last aspect of the research is the turning-in of the final copy of the research paper following extensive evaluation of the available data.
Resources Needed
In the execution of this research, several resources would be vital for the realization of the goals and objectives. One aspect of the resources involves the equipment. This includes the communication systems and tools such as telephone, computer, and networking services for the enhancement of the research design and interviews. Another resource for the completion of the research exercise is the literature from the previous evaluation of the topic. This is through accessing the research databases through bibliography guides and incorporation of the key words. The other research is time. It is vital to have the opportunity for the execution and achievement of the objectives in relation to the research questions. The research process will require four weeks for effective completion.
Another type of resource for the completion of the research is the human resource. This includes the research assistants, personnel, and sample of the society to oversee the completion of the research exercise. It is also vital to have access to the financial resources for availability and efficiency of other resources. Financial resources are essential for the availability of human capital or resource, equipment, and organization of the project or research exercise. These resources are essential for the realization of the objectives of the research study. This is through an extensive evaluation and assessment of the research questions in relation to the hazardous work environments. Other resources will include the development of the consent and interview guide for the collection of data by the research assistants.
Personnel (Categories & Types)
The execution of the research question will entail the services of two groups of personnel: senior personnel and research assistants (other personnel). The senior personnel will focus on the development of the research questions, objectives, and design or methodology to enhance the credibility, reliability, and valid of the research. This is through the development of testable hypotheses and research questions while indicating the period or schedule for the achievement of the goals and objectives. The second group, research assistance will focus on the execution of the interview process thus aiding the collection of data. This will involve the incorporation of the organized interview survey to research or population sample thus collection of data through unbiased methods and instruments.
Budget for Completion of the Research
Objective/Resource Estimated Amount ($)
Senior Personnel 100
Other Personnel/Research Assistance 50
Equipment 250
Travel 75
Materials & Supplies 80
Consultant 60
Printing 20
Total Cost of the Research Exercise 635

Needed Assurances/Clearances
Participation of the population sample will focus on the filling and signing of the following clearance form by the individuals;
