For this reason, most of the people that participate in prostitution increase the chances of being infected with the sexually transmitted diseases. For this reason, legalization of prostitution would decrease the spread of sexually transmitted diseases since most of the people would conduct the act freely.

Most of the prostitutes suffer oppression since prostitution is illegal in some states. Therefore, legalization of abortion would definitely reduce the chances of violence exposed to the prostitutes (Bartley & Bartley, 2002).
The exposure of the violence to the prostitutes is a major risk that affects almost all the members of the society. Most of the women that take part in the act of prostitution require money to provide for the family members the basic needs. Some prostitutes when asked why they take part in the act, reply that husbands neglected them hence need to provide for the other family members. For this reason, violation of the women will imply that the women are incapable of providing the family members; children with he basic needs of life. This will eventually result to depression and stress. In result, most of the prostitutes will turn to drugs in aim of seeking for conform since they are rejected by the other members of the society. For this reason, legalization of prostitution in America will assist in enlighten the women (Flowers, 2011).
Legalization of the act of prostitution in the United States of America will also play a chief role in providing a safe and secure working environment for the prostitutes. Providing a safe and secure environment will reduce the brutality that the women face in the society. Most of the women lack propose security and cannot defend themselves from the harassment received from the men. All the Americans states ought to emulate the state of Nevada to provide a safe environment for the prostitutes.
The government of the United States of America ought to provide educational classes that will enable the women to learn on the various ways to protect themselves. This would be vital in providing the female commercial workers with rehabilitation programs from the drugs. In this case, the women will have a secure place that they would conduct the sexual commercial activities from in peace (Bartley & Bartley, 2002). The increase of the prostitutes in the streets also reduces the security that the women are offered. For this reason, legalizing prostitution will reduce the number of the women in the streets.
