| This is an annotated Bibliography that is the basis for a 10 page research proposal on a public policy. In this proposal, we must find a problem in our local community and propose a solution in a persuasive manner. This paper will have an analysis of the problem, a detailed plan on the steps to solve this problem, and a cost-benefit analysis of the solution and if the problem is not solved. The local community is Anchorage Alaska, more specifically, UAA. Our issue is that the drinking water that comes from fountains around campus has the strong and off-putting taste and smell of chlorine. We need to know, what the levels of chlorine and contaminates may be, what steps are in place to filter and treat them, where our water is sourced, how UAA treats the water and what has gone well and poorly for other communities. The paper itself must have an APA formatted citation and two paragraphs. One paragraph must summarize the work and the other must analyze its usefulness in the paper, why it can be used and where in the paper it will be used. I need 8 sources with two of them being scholarly. |
