1. Statistic study: a simple regression Pearson’s analysis will be applied so as to obtain a linear correlation between the number of colonies have been destroyed on a UV light cabinet (pre and post UV light) and the number of colonies destroyed on alcohol swab (pre and post Alcohol)
2. Results include data, graph highlighting the distribution of colonies for Pre-UV light and Post-UV light and pre and post alcohol swabs, Mean for pre-UV light, Mean for post-UV light, Mean for pre alcohol swab, Mean for post-alcohol, Mean difference, P-value, SD for pre-UV light, SD for post-UV light, SD for pre-alcohol, SD for post alcohol and the t-test value.
