Your specialization is management education. You must focus on the management aspects in examples, theories, and all details.
The things specific to pharmacy careers are (A) advice on medications (interaction of prescription drugs, recommendation of over the counter drugs; b) filling prescriptions correctly; c) keeping on top of new drugs; and d) theft for back market sales; in addition to the tasks of managing inventories of controlled substances and supervising other pharmacists (something not in the pharmacy cirriculum, but common both in large market venues (e.g.WalMart) and small ones (e.g. independent drug stores). Stick to the tasks related to pharmacy and indicate how these problems might be addressed by some kind of continuing education plan.
