This is a dissertation proposal prepared for future dissertation and must be approved by chair. Here are my requirements:There are SIX parts of this proposal, you MUST following “A” level of the instruction, I will upload the instruction to you.No.1, you MUST read all the instruction documents that I will uploaded later, and you MUST do this assignment by following the \”A\” level rubric (also see the instructional documents that I uploaded.)
No.2, the \”PoP\” means problem of practice which is my topic as the title (Inequity within Chinese Higher Education with the Focus on Henan Province, but you MUST focus on \”Unfair Admission\” such as Quota, \”Gaokao\” the national exam (exam system, why different provinces taking different exam? what kind of different exam? Which provinces taking what kind of exam? List those types of exam and list all those provinces, for example: I knew Henan province taking National volume One exam, You Must find out others, this is very Important (find out those information and discuss about that), the reason why HENAN province facing those unfair treatments. No.3, the research question is: How the current educational policies causing educational inequities in Henan province? No.4, the methodology of the research use document analysis, survey and interviews. Documents such as World Bank report, IEE (institute of international education open door report, governmental and provincial documents and archival and etc.), You need find out those documents and enclose them in context if possible, plus Qualitative survey (for example survey monkey) for \” Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology“ （ the college located in Luoyang city, Henan province, China), You MUST develop 10 qualitative open-ended survey questions as questionnaires and put them in the end of this proposal as appendix. Also, develop 10 qualitative interview questions of my topic as Appendix too. In this part, state clearly about the methodology and instruments based on my requirements.No.5, this dissertation proposal MUST included an overview abstract of this proposal which around 500 words as appendix once you finish this paper and put this abstract as appendix in the end.\Also I will upload some articles if you don’t understand what I am trying to do, just refresh your mind.
