Purpose:
The work should demonstrate in writing the ability to contextualize elements of a personalnarrative in a developmental framework. The paper should include a person-inenvironmentapproach, and should illustrate how continuity and change are relevant themes in adult identity development and growth.
Process
1. Review Atkinson Life History Interview questionnaire and choose questions forinterviewee — make sure at least three life stages are covered.(In this case you are going to pretend that you are interviewing my friend’s mother, a 65 year old woman.)
2.Identify three “stories” and the age/stage of the interviewee at the time of the story
3. Conceptually link each story with concepts presented in the textbook that fit or explain the person’s experience in terms of development.(The book is,Experience of Human Development, by Diane E. Papalia, Ruth Duskin Feldman, and Gabriela Martorell 12 edition.) This is the only reference that needs to be utilized.
4. Demonstrate how that piece of the narrative shaped or influenced how the interviewee moved through successive stages [or not].
I have attached the professor’s instructions, please read it thoroughly, her instructions look complicated but they are really not. I am supposed to interview a client, but since you are doing it please pretend that you are interviewing a 65 year old woman. The woman happens to be my friend’s mother and you may address her as client. Please follow all her instructions and select all the questions from the interview questions attached. The main reference is the book I have indicated above. She wants you to use theories and life cycles from the book. The more you use the book the better grade I get. So please do very well. If you use other resources please cite correctly.
This paper is a masters level, please make sure grammar and punctuation is correct. Also, check for language barriers. The paper is due on April 18th.
