1. Go to the following website; http://geert-hofstede.com/dimensions.html and understand the cultural dimensions Hofstede identified. Read and understand these dimensions.
2. Once you have understood the dimensions then go the following web- page http://geert-hofstede.com/countries.html
Choose two countries which are culturally different. Understand the cultural dimensions for each country as shown in the website. (I suggest UAE (Arab Emirates) and USA
Use the compare button to compare each country.
Once you have completed your understanding of both countries then create a Power-point Presentation (6 slides, 1 slide for each dimension) to show the differences in national culture between the two countries and outline the implication of these differences in managing employees within these two countries.
