My team member is doing the point of “Work-life balance helps you progress further in your career”, and I am focus on “Lack of work-life balance leads to conflict between work and non-work obligations and personal dissatisfaction” which is the main idea of the article that you are reading. After reading the article that I uploaded, please write a speech script on my point.

• Using the article to explain the point: “Lack of work-life balance leads to conflict between work and non-work obligations and personal dissatisfaction”—you need to start the speech like (just an idea, please use your own words) Karry has just talked about if you achive work/life balance, it helps you progress further in your career, now I am gonna talk about if you not achieve……(Note that this is a speech so your language using here should be oral and not so formal language)

• Use examples or stories of other people to show how your findings/argument works in REAL LIFE.
