Create a strategic plan consisting of approximately 1,125 words for a company of your choice (real or fictitious). The plan should encompass the following elements:
o An explanation of how the company will achieve above-average returns
o An analysis of your company’s external environment, including the general environment, the industry environment, and the competition
o A description of your company’s operating principles based on its values and important areas of social responsibility
o An organizational analysis of the company’s internal environment
o An overview of your company’s core competencies and explanation of how they will give your company a competitive edge over its rivals
o A plan to position your products or services to be seen by customers, competitors, and employees, and how your products or services compare with your competition
o Business- and corporate-level strategies for your company, including international and cooperative strategies if appropriate
o Tactical plans for how each business function will contribute to the strategic plan
o An illustration of the corporate governance structure and strategic leadership for your company

· Format your strategic plan using the West Writing Style Handbook guidelines.
· Include a minimum of four sources, which may consist of readings from the University Library, your text, and other selections.
