It is a group project for the attached case study, I am supposed to do task 5 that is :
5. Resource and cost plan
What types of estimates are relevant for this project? Prepare relevant pricing estimates. Allocate cost against schedule for the project(s) under 4 above. Consider the risks that would affect costing and schedules. Explain and justify how you propose to monitor performance in the project.
Prepare a short summary or/and use project management software (see above). Include high-level pricing and exemplary resource allocation.
*This requires me to do a summary as well as few graphs and charts from MS Project.
I have attached further the First Part “Proposal and feasibility”, done by another group member to give an introduction for the case study and few other details.
