Subject Matter: The United States (Federal) Court of International Trade (New York, NY): Directions: An U.S.C.I.T. case is to be researched and briefed. You must find a case decision with a publication date of April 1, 2014 or later. The student is free to choose a suitable case briefing format including the format suggested in this Syllabus. In addition, the student must express substantive opinions in relation to the Case decision with supporting reasons. Per brief length, (2-3) pages with (reasonable) font.
