I want to agree with Sandel (to a certain extent). I think the criticisms are justified but they do not necessarily undermine liberalism itself, and perhaps it would be best if the two were reconciled. ‘
I’ll upload my references for you. Some are just there if you need, others you will need to use. Kymlicka has a good summary of the topic, but I don’t want to refer to him too much as we use that book in class. I of course want to refer to Sandel mainly, I’ll upload some of his ‘Liberalism and the limits of justice’, if you could please use that and his other book ‘Democracy’s Discontents’.
