OTHER: Here is what my instructor’s comments before grading.
1. What is the education program that you are evaluating? You need to describe the actual program clearly and explain what it does. It sounds like more you are talking hypothetically about teaching cooking to children and not evaluating the cognitive effectiveness of an actual program.
2. You need research about the cognitive skills that you are evaluating. You need current, scholarly studies about memory development and attention processes that you can connect to the program that you are evaluating. Your references don’t seem to be cognitive developmental research about memory or attention in children.
3. Later in the paper, you do need to either try the curriculum with a child or suggest modifications for it. But you first have to an actual curriculum that is part of an educational program that you are evaluating.
