Review the characteristics of dystopian narratives. Next, under the section “Characteristics of a Dystopian Society” on the Dystopian Fiction handout, select one or two aspects of dystopian worlds and then discuss how the society/culture depicted in Children of Men embodies these traits.
Two aspects of the dystopian world I picked are-
1. “Propaganda is used to control the citizens of society.”
2. “The society is an illusion of a perfect utopian world.”
