The Research Process
The final draft uses a minimum of eight approved sources.
All sources have been properly validated.
The final draft maintains a 70/30 balance of the writer’s analysis of the position and research support, respectively.
The final draft contains some of each type of citation (direct quote, block quote, paraphrase, and summary).
Works Cited
The paper is accompanied by a works cited page, NOT the annotated bibliography.
The works cited page lists every source that is cited in the paper.
The works cited page DOES NOT include any sources that are not cited in the paper.
The works cited page is correctly formatted.
Every citation is in correct MLA format.
