Select either Charles Handy or Margaret Wheatley and in no more than 3,000 words present a critical review of the contribution of this person to the field. In this task you should read some of the key original writings associated with the author. Do not rely solely on other writers’ commentaries of the approach, although these may be of assistance and should be consulted.
In your paper you should spend some time to outline the major features of the approach and also to analyse and critique the concepts and approach adopted.
