Midterm Activity Part 2 (Individual Budget 1)
As a last step (if your team has not yet done so) to the completion of Budget 1 ( for your project I want you to post your final version of the budget to your group folder (FILE EXCHANGE). Your team will use this budget as the basis for ALL FUTURE budgeting decisions and calculations.
Please make sure that this version is complete as to accuracy concerning; the use of statistical data, calculations, and format. You also may want to post the revenue calculations, turnover and average check calculations to the file exchange so you can complete the individual budget 1 portion for the section.
Instructions for Individual Budget 1 Additional Assignment to Section 5:
Utilizing the team Budget 1 posted to the file exchange in your group folder I would like you to change the budget to yield a higher profit.
In doing so I want you to make individual informed decisions on changing the blue and gray boxes; you can change any boxes you want but must justify the individual changes with a rationale based on articles or research you have conducted ..( i will attach the excel to you )
This assignment will be handed in with the project section 5 at the end of the term. Each individual budget will be formatted (header) with the student’s name.
Each student will also provide a written rationale presented in MLA format support by a works cited page using no less than (3) industry related sources. A minimum of (2) pages is required.
Lastly the changes in the budget must reflect at least (1) revenue and (2) cost changes resulting in a higher profit than indicated on the group’s budget 1.
