In our last class we discussed ethics. We discussed that, although the law is not structured to provide comprehensive ethical guidelines, it does provide a moral minimum. In our last class, we also watched a video on Sam Waksal. In a brief essay, answer the following questions:
1) Was Mr. Waksal’s conduct ethical? Explain.
2) Was the sentenace / penalty that he received fair? Explain.
3) Do you sympathize with Mr. Waksal? Explain.
