All articles must address issues in Washington State. Source of the article can be\n\nNewspaper\nMagazine\nInternet\nThe article should be no older than six months. When you turn in your assignment, include a complete citation of the article in APA format.\n\nPrepare a 1-2 page written assignment. This will include:\n\nA brief summary of article (1 paragraph)\nA description of which of the estates in land or the type of public/private restriction is addressed\nAn analysis of what you believe will be the impact of the issue on the broader real estate market, how the parties might respond, etc. This can extend to a discussion of whether you believe the decision reported was appropriate.\nAssignments will be submitted via the Assignment tool and should be double-spaced, 12 point Times New Roman type face, with 1 inch margins.\n\nAssignments will be graded based on how closely the article ties to the subject matter of this course, and how cogent your arguments are (not whether I agree with the argument), provided you tie the argument to the material presented in the text and the “lectures”.\n\nAlso, be sure to post a summary of your article in the discussion board so others can benefit from your findings.
