– CONSULTING TO THE C-SUITE
Each student — taking on the role of a consultant — will be assigned a company and given a very recent article about the CEO, or expressing the CEO’s views on a variety of topics. The student will research the company and outline a suggested strategy that might help the CEO and his/her “C-Suite” team address some (at least 4) of their Asian business needs or issues. The “Proposal to Management” should include a Preface in the form of a “Statement of Work” and the body should not exceed 5 double-spaced pages. There should be a final “Sources” page.
