Include your thoughts on the principle of judicial review as established in Marbury v. Madison.
Use an e-Library to locate four to six scholarly sources in support of your content.
Prepare this assignment according to the APA guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center. An abstract is not required.
Rubric requires:
