Choose three or four cases, briefly review them, and write an essay (550+ words not including reference page) on what you think they reveal about the current composition and direction of the court.
Include your thoughts on the principle of judicial review as established in Marbury v. Madison.
Use an e-Library to locate four to six scholarly sources in support of your content.
Prepare this assignment according to the APA guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center. An abstract is not required.
Rubric requires:
-Three to four cases are reviewed thoroughly and are textually supported, with the addition of personal insight.
-Thorough information is given on the current composition and direction of the Court; supported with textual evidence and personal insight.
-Thoughts on judicial review are provided, supported textually and with insight.
