Instructions
– Select one of the above topics for your project.
– Collect data on the selected topic from at least 5 senior employees of your current work organization. If you are not currently working, you should seek the help from one of your friends or relatives – brother, sister, uncle, etc.
– Use a proper data collection instrument/questionnaire to generate appropriate data for the topic you select. (Your course instructor can assist you with instrument selection/development).
– Two students can work together on the selected topic.(Any group with more than two students will not be accepted).
– The project length should be between 6 and 8 typed pages.
– Use the following OUTLINEfor your project:
o Introduction (One or two paragraphs on the topic you intend to develop in the project; your interest in the topic; and significance of your project, etc.)
o Definition and Description of the Topic (Define clearly the major conceptsor ideasyou explore/develop in your project such as “Leadership Styles”; “Employee Empowerment”, “Change Oriented Leadership”, etc).
o Data and Results (Present the data you collected on your project topic; use numerical data such as 40% managers in my organization make the final decision without any real consultation; if appropriate, present data using graphs or charts).USE REAL DATA NOT FAKE DATA. Collect data from real people working in your organization.
o Summary and Conclusions (Summarize in three to four points the main conclusions of your research).
o Recommendations (Recommend a course of action for your organization based on your data and results).
o References (List any source that you have used for your project. Do not list too many references. You must have read the sources you list in the reference section).
To complete the project in a professional manner, you need to include:
o Title Page (The title page must clearly show the title of the project and names of authors – the group who worked on the project. You also need to include in the title page the name of the course and course code).
o Table of Content (The sub-topics covered in the project with page numbers).

o Please remember the deadline for the project: June 12, 2015 (No project will be accepted after this date).
o Uploading the Project to the Portal:Only one of the group members should upload the project to the Portal.
