In this class we are being introduced to the formal elements of visual expression as well as its content across cultures and time-periods.
This paper is meant to demonstrate how much you have learned by objects from chapter 9 to 14. Pick one object from each chapter ( 6 chapter,add up to 6 objects) and discuss the relationship between them (comparisons). Why have you choose the works? What are some of your organizing principles? How do the works relate to each other? You will write a paper in 3pages discussing your collection while relating concepts from the course.
I will upload the textbook and please choose one object from each chapter. This will be total 6 objects.

chapter 11 is about social protest/ affirmation
chapter 12 is about self and society
chapter 13 is about race, gender, clan, and class
