1- Please, if you change anything underline the changes to recognize your changes.
2- Do not focus on criminal psychology too much, and focus on criminal law, because many supervisors refused this proposal due to this topic not in those areas, because I want supervisor from criminal law (The main area in impact of psychological factors on the criminal responsibility in my proposal). Find for me something special and innovative. And to be note if you want change the title or till cases and examples in the UK it is ok if it is benefit to my proposal. Also, do not constrict the proposal in the UK, I want general topic if it is applicable, because I might apply to UK, USA, AUS universities, also something has many references, and proposal must has a clear problem and defence area. Also, if you would like to remove the victims of domestic violence from title and papers it is fine as you like but the main area the impact of psychological factors on the criminal responsibility
3- please I want a perfect work to motivate supervisors, from my titles and cases there are many ideas you could provide a innovative work and I could apply this proposal to many universities around the world not just in UK.and I will surely contact with you in the near future to complete my dissertation. also please, do not change a subtitle, because it is I think very good ( title –rationale- literature…….)

1. There is no clearly defined question, or research problem.
2. The language used, although generally well written and structured, is overly complicated to the point of not making sense. Rest assured, this isn’t because I don’t understand the subject, or my English is lacking, but because of certain statements such as “assessing criminal responsibility of victims of domestic violence”. The fact that they are a victim means that they have no criminal responsibility, and many sentences like this exist that don’t clearly explain what they are trying to express.
3. The literature review is not a literature review. It is mostly a polemical piece on assumptions etc, with reference to certain case law. This needs to discuss four or so relevant studies to do with a tightly defined research problem.
4. The methodological section is very sparse indeed, and needs extensive revision.
