The paper’s main objective is to provide a long-term plan to completely restructure the Kuwaiti economy starting from the year 2015 until the year 2030 at least, in addition to providing economical analysis of the country and a way to optimize the Kuwaiti economic structure with economic solutions provided.

Part 1 (10 Pages):
