Create a Microsoft® PowerPoint® slide presentation addressing each of the process improvement phases listed below in a separate slide. Research each phase (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) and describe two different tools/techniques (one slide per technique/tool and two techniques/tools per each phase) to analyze a process that may be utilized during each of the following process improvement phases: Phases Define Measure Analyze Improve Control Techniques are tools from the toolbox such as fishbone diagram, pareto charts, flow charts, brainstorming, etc. Provide examples of process improvements from your workplace or from an organization with which you are familiar for each phase and apply to each of the two techniques in that phase.
