I have to write a paper analyzing health and/or aging policy is required. At least the following 3 items must be included:
1. definition; what is the policy, who was it meant to benefit/serve, what is its history, why did it come about, how is it funded?
2. implementation: how does it work? what programs came from the policy? who is responsible for it?
3. outcomes: how well does it work? what measures are used to determine its success or failure? should it continue, be changed, or eliminated? what data/findings base your opinion?
