Create a new, original Marketing Plan (not an existing one) for Sydney Theatre Company to build customers’ loyalty

Develop a marketing plan that develops a longer term CRM enabled relationship approach as opposed to a transaction based approach to marketing. The idea of the Marketing Plan has to be a new, original plan and not one that has been used by the company.
