The multi-listing system is very complex, therefore, to make the project feasible they were various assumptions made during the project.

  • The number of listing has been restricted to less than 10 listings
  • One has to register to operate the system
  • They are different types of users in the system that enjoy various privileges: seller, agents, admins and others
  • A listing can be given different status such as hold, waiting and listed
