1. How can the financial ratios be used by the CEO to assess the companies financial heath? Use liquidity, profitability, efficiency, and leverage ratios to form an analysis and interpretation.
2. Looking at the trends from 2007 to 2012 describe your observations on the company.
3. Now compare how this hotel is doing to your hotel and give an analysis of the differences in the 2 properties.
