Need to have a systematic literature review on talent retention strategies of employees in the medical field with in Africa and then challenging it towards South Africa. Have a look at current Strategies used within South Africa and the success of those strategies based on the literature, and suggestions/recommendations for retention strategies of the health care workers in South Africa.
