Analysis of the Project

The project has a feasibility test will take to consideration the technical, economic and operational as well as schedule aspect so as to make the system work appropriately. The Gantt chart of the project explains the details of the duration of the project. The project is divided into tasks that are to be completed in stated time period (Schwalbe, 2010). Every task has a start date and a finish date, additionally; the projects are allocated their respective cost. The tasks are allocated their resource persons who are to ensure that the stated tasks are to be completed.

The next step is analysis which means getting to know the system. This takes into consideration the data that has been acquired. The figure is a network diagram that basically is a flow chart which is composed of the project aspects and the manner that they are connected to one another. One is able to read and know the sequence of operation in the project as well as the parallel processes and the connections in them.

The critical path is a set of tasks that show the finish date of the project and the resource used to them so as to make sure that the project is done in the right time.
